At the request of Camden County and the Fire Marshall, tents must be located in designated areas. We must allow for adequate access for rescue vehicles.
Schools will be allowed to set up team tents after 3pm on Friday.
Tent locations will not be pre-assigned. However, designated team tent locations will be clearly marked.
Designated areas along the riverbank are considered to be Premium Tent Locations. Schools may not set up more than 2 tents in the Premium location. Your extra tents can be set up in the rows behind the premium location. Premium tent locations will be on a first-come basis after 3pm on Friday.
Any tent set up in an area other than where lined tent locations are indicated will be removed.
Please put barbecues behind your tent on the side closest to North Park Drive.
The Camden County Parks Department does not allow private vehicles on the grounds, but there will be trucks to help you bring your supplies to your tent location. Any team needing assistance should pull its food trailer up to the designated drop off zones along North Park Drive near the gazebo and Park personnel will assist you in unloading your equipment and transporting your gear to your assigned location.
Pup tents for rowers can be set-up next to the ball field, not next to your school tent or boat trailer. NO ONE is permitted to place a tent of any kind on the ball field.
Food trailers can be parked at the Williamson lot for a fee. This lot is located on North Park Drive near the ball field. This lot is close to the tent area and provides easy access during the races. Food trailers CANNOT be left overnight in the lot Friday night. The lot will be open on Saturday at 5am.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON NORTH PARK DRIVE ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. THE COUNTY WILL TICKET AND/OR TOW ANY VIOLATORS.
Please bring all trash up to the curb along North Park Drive at the end of the race.
No rented port-o-potties are permitted in the venue. There will be an adequate supply.
